  • We use medical grade, ultraviolet-c light (medical grade) to disinfect our VR headsets and controllers. The UV-C light technology used in our Cleanbox disinfecting products has been shown in independent lab tests to kill Sars-Cov-2 (COVID-19) on surfaces with 99.9% efficacy. The products have also been proven to eliminate bacteria MRSA & C-diff, H1N1 and a number of other coronavirus strains. Why use ultraviolet-c light instead of just wiping down the headsets? We use 70% alcohol wipes to clean all surfaces of our headsets, except for the lenses. That’s because any liquid or wipe-based disinfecting solution strong enough to sterilise viruses will unavoidably damage the headsets’ lenses. Plus, relying on just wiping headsets leaves room for error, especially if a surface doesn’t get enough solution. By both wiping our headsets and using lab-proven ultraviolet-c light technology specifically design to reach the surfaces of VR headsets that can’t be wiped, we’re making sure our headsets are rigorously disinfected from top to bottom, inside and out. In addition to disinfection our VR equipment, seats and surfaces are also cleaned between sessions. To help maintain social distancing, only members of your group (up to 5) will be able to participate. No other members of the public will join you on your experience or be present in the room with you. Our staff wear masks that meet WHO guidance and are required to check their temperature before coming in to work.
