We strongly recommend you wear flat shoes, preferably trainers and old comfy clothing. Some of the activities within the adventure can be physically challenging so you will need to be suitably dressed.
Yes, we strongly recommend that you complete our waivers online when you’re booking sessions. It’s easy enough to do and by completing it up front, the booking system links your waiver to our systems, making entry into the adventure more straightforward when you arrive.
For those who don’t complete the waiver online, reception will support you to fill out your form, but it will take time so we recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before your adventure time slot. If you wait until the day to complete your waiver we can’t guarantee you will make the start time of your adventure and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the next adventure time. We STRONGLY recommend you complete the waiver at the time of the booking to save disappointment.

Yes, we do. The lift is suitable for parents with baby buggies and wheelchair users. For further information, please call 01273 007799. When you’re at the centre, please ask reception should you require any assistance with the lift.

We strongly recommend booking online in advance to avoid disappointed. Each session offers a maximum of 12 participants and demand to experience this unique opportunity is high.
Yes, we do have parking available
For standard adventure session bookings, you must cancel 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email.
For parties we require at least 28 days’ cancellation notice. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email.
Only cancellations which adhere to our policy will be eligible for a refund.
We have lockable storage on site for your personal belongings, you will be given details on arrival. Due to the nature of the adventure, we strongly recommend all valuables and breakable items are locked away during your time in the adventures as we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of personal belongings.
Unfortunately, we do not allow the use of cameras or mobile phones during our adventure. These can be locked away securely during this time.
For our normal Phileas Fogg experience, the adventure takes an hour, after that you are welcome to stay upstairs for as long as you like enjoying our drinks and light bites.
For our normal Phileas Fogg experience, we have a minimum age recommendation of 7 years old, children under this age will need parental assistance. This is due to the nature of the activities within the adventure, we don’t want to disappoint any of our customers. For our Winter Wonderland and other family focused attractions there is no age restriction. Please be aware there is no pushchairs allowed on any experience.
